Alameda Hospital is pleased to offer a variety of health classes and health events each month. Open to the public, these classes and events are free or very affordable, making it easy for you to stay focused on staying healthy.

Yoga


Join us for this gentle approach to total body stretching and strengthening. Learn to relax and live a more peaceful life through yoga movement.

Tai Chi

Moving meditation performed for mental and physical health and well being. Gentle and stress free movments can help with coordiation and balance.

Resistance / Strength Training for Fitness


A safe and easy way to improve exercise capacity, muscle mass and balance, as well as decrease your risk for osteoporosis.
